Greetings!

I have been re-watching some training videos to help me launch my oracle business. I was surprised during one video about how much I missed the first time I watched it. Or perhaps I've changed over the past few months.

This made me think about how many times we hear or see something but it doesn't really sink in. We are inundated with so much chatter throughout our days, it's no wonder we miss things.

I have stepped up my morning and evening meditation and journaling practices to try to reclaim my inner peace. What are you doing to reclaim your inner peace?

Because we are spiritual beings having a human experience, being still to listen to our inner wisdom/guide/teacher can have profound impacts on our daily lives.

Learning to become still is a daily practice. I'll admit it's not easy for me every time I sit down. My thoughts sometimes won't stop. Sometimes the same thought will keep looping over and over and over. It's during these looping times that I have to really focus on my breathing and acknowledging my thoughts then letting them float away like leaves on a stream.

I am finding more peace every day. I am becoming more in touch with my inner wisdom. I am learning to be still and listen. My Soul/Higher Self knows what I need and I am learning to trust her.

I wish you joy, inner peace, and the ability to be still--even for a few moments--every day.

Sheila
